Reality...Can it be?

As i look upon the ground, as pale
as it can be, i wonder..could it be?

I look straight into the water, the
pond is brimming with life, but is
it real? am i real? reality... can
it be?

reality... what is reality? something
that is? something that exists? we
could all be false... as false as
the pond i see with my little eye...

what of your eyes? can they see it?
i think not... eyes fool you, they
conceal the hidden truth... but then
what is reality? are we real? is
anything real? reality... can it be?

emotion, love, anxiety... is that real?
if not real then what is? the universe?
my emotions? the true meaning of reality...
escaping my grasp...
